This Super Frac Tank contains the following:

• Roof 3/16 A36/44W

• Flanges / Fittings: SA-105N 150#, RFSO / SA-234-WPB
• Pipe: SA-106B, Sch 40
• Built to API 12F Modified Specifications
• Sloped bottom towards the valves
• Built to 16 oz design pressure and 0.5oz vac
• 4- 4” 150# single flanged fitting on floor (repadded)
• 1- 4” 150# single flanged fitting 36” above floor (repadded)
• 1- 8” Water cut flange with 180 degree gooseneck with birdscreen
• 1- 4” 3000# CPLG at the rear of the tank to be used as a drain when cleaning
• 1- 3” down comer with 45 and nipple (aluminum camlock and cap) for truck connection
• 2- 2” 150# single flanged fitting below the manway for a steam coil (in and out)
• 1- Ladder with safety ring at top (built to API 12F spec)
• L- Skidded with dual roll ends for four point lifting option
• Skid is constructed of W8@18 main runners and W6@15 crossmembers

Uprights are angled to increase surface area on the tank and to connect to full wrap wear pad. Wear pad on the top of the tank is double wear padded to ensure structural integrity

• 1 ¼” round bar welded to the skid to be used as chain backs
• 1- Toe rail 6” from top of tank
• 2- 24”x36” Manway (with gasket, nuts, bolts) (1) on side of tank (hinged), (1) located on roof (hinged)
• 1- Sour service Gauge board system with level indicator, float and adjustable float pulleys
• 1- Sour thief hatch
• 1- 4 piece shackle and load sling
• 5-Sourservice butterfly valves (buna seat), comes with companion flange with 2” water plug that is chained to the flange
• Air test to 1.5 PSI with soap and air. Test is complete when all welds have been checked and the tank held air for one hour
• Sandblast external to SSPC-SP6 and paint with Endura
• Devoe 253 Internal Coating
