Bilal Hyrdie – President and CEO

Bilal Hydrie is the founder and president of Inclusive Energy Ltd. and his private equity firm, Global Centurion Investments. He advises and facilitates the North America operations of the global Habib Group, based of Pakistan and Dubai, that synergize international investors across a broad range of sectors around the world. Bilal has successfully raised millions of capital and financings. Born into an established entrepreneurial family with a chemical process engineering background, he founded and grew Inclusive Energy to be Western Alberta’s premier full-service oilfield equipment supplier with unmatched inventory levels and flexible transaction options adaptive to clients needs. Bilal is a champion of the Alberta oil and gas sector having acted as an independent director of a TSX-V publicly listed company and he presently sits on the Board of the prestigious Calgary Petroleum Club. Bilal is proud to support and contribute back to the community, local non-profits and charities.


Hasnain Habib – Chairman

Hasnain is a passionate entrepreneur and the Chairman of Inclusive Energy. Ever since he was in college he has shown enthusiasm in investing in private businesses and early stage investing. Hasnain graduated from the American College of Switzerland and started his career in the family’s banking business. He later saw opportunities in other areas of the family business and focused on distressed assets and business restructuring. During this time he developed a keen interest in Entrepreneurs and made investments in private businesses focused on online education and IT services. Hasnain moved to Canada to pursue his interest and investments in private businesses and help entrepreneurs taking their new businesses to the next stage.


Raza Husain – CA Chief Financial Officer

Raza Husain joined us in 2010 and is a partner with WH Partnership LLP and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants (OICA). Having started his career at Deloitte & Touche on the assurance side of things in 1990, he worked in various industries including financial institutions, distribution, movie production studios, telecommunication companies, investment holding companies and so on. In 1997, he had an opportunity to start working with the Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”) in the audit division i.e., Verification & Enforcement. It was a new initiative and approximately 20 senior professionals were hired from public practice and exposed to all areas of CRA. It was a great experience and helped create a nice network within CRA. His last role was that of a senior auditor within the large case file program of the CRA. Raza worked at CRA for 5 years and then decided to move on to industry taking senior level positions in several industry leading organizations before starting WH Partners LLP in 2003. The primary focus in WH Partners LLP has been to provide advisory, tax & assurance services within the SME (“Small & Medium Enterprises”) space. Given the nature of SMEs, more recently, the focus has narrowed down to efficient & effective tax re-organizations and restructuring for a multitude of industries within and outside Canada. In addition to the above, Raza has also been very involved in charitable work. He sits on many boards and was recently the chair of the board of directors of Griffin Centre, a not-for-profit mental health organization that has existed since 1980.


Michael Kryczska – Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Kryczka is a key part of the business development team at Inclusive Energy, where he works closely with the technical team to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities. Mr. Kryczka has 25 years of energy experience, specializing in land management, negotiations, A&D, strategic planning, business development and Aboriginal relations. He has considerable experience in the structuring and implementation of working partnerships with Indigenous Nations. Mr. Kryczka has founded and overseen the growth of a number of successful junior energy companies, and joined Native American Resource Partners in 2013 as Vice President, Land. Mike holds a Bachelors degree in commerce, with distinction, from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Landmen.


Henry Villanueva – General Counsel, Domestic and International Legal Operations

Henry is a seasoned business lawyer and founder of HV Law. He focuses on corporate and commercial matters, business transactions and contracts, corporate structuring and reorganizations, shareholder and director issues, tax, and oil and gas. He also holds an accounting degree and practiced with a big four global accounting firm. Henry routinely advises on the negotiation and preparation of all types of documentation utilized in the oil & gas industry and has assisted on major projects, conventional transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, production agreements, financing, construction and operation of facilities. He provides legal advice and representation on structuring, risk assessment, and a variety of commercial and contractual arrangements.


Richard Chisholm – Upstream Technical Advisor

Mr. Chisholm is the Upstream Technical Advisor to the business development team at Inclusive Energy. Mr. Chisholm brings 40 years of experience, as a geologist and business executive, building and financing a number of successful oil and gas exploration and development companies. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology and is a member of APEGA, CSPG, and AAPG. Mr. Chisholm currently holds the position of adjunct instructor at the MacPhail School of Energy at SAIT.
