Bilal Hydrie – President and CEO

Bilal Hydrie is the founder and president of Inclusive Energy Ltd. and his private equity firm, Global Centurion Investments. He advises and facilitates the North America operations of the global Habib Group, based of Pakistan and Dubai, that synergize international investors across a broad range of sectors around the world. Bilal has successfully raised millions of capital and financings. Born into an established entrepreneurial family with a chemical process engineering background, he founded and grew Inclusive Energy to be Western Alberta’s premier full-service oilfield equipment supplier with unmatched inventory levels and flexible transaction options adaptive to clients needs. Bilal is a champion of the Alberta oil and gas sector having acted as an independent director of a TSX-V publicly listed company and he presently sits on the Board of the prestigious Calgary Petroleum Club. Hasnain Habib – Chairman

Hasnain is a passionate entrepreneur and the Chairman of Inclusive Energy. Ever since he was in college he has shown enthusiasm in investing in private businesses and early stage investing. Hasnain graduated from the American College of Switzerland and started his career in the family’s banking business. He later saw opportunities in other areas of the family business and focused on distressed assets and business restructuring. During this time he developed a keen interest in Entrepreneurs and made investments in private businesses focused on online education and IT services. Hasnain moved to Canada to pursue his interest and investments in private businesses and help entrepreneurs taking their new businesses to the next stage.

Michael Kryczska – Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Kryczka is a key part of the business development team at Inclusive Energy, where he works closely with the technical team to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities. Mr. Kryczka has 25 years of energy experience, specializing in land management, negotiations, A&D, strategic planning, business development and Aboriginal relations. He has considerable experience in the structuring and implementation of working partnerships with Indigenous Nations. Mr. Kryczka has founded and overseen the growth of a number of successful junior energy companies, and joined Native American Resource Partners in 2013 as Vice President, Land. Mike holds a Bachelors degree in commerce, with distinction, from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Landmen.

Seta Afshordi – Vice President, Corporate Development & Upstream Investments

Seta stands out in the oil and gas industry with her exceptional record of managing operations teams and contributing significantly to the enhancement of company reserves and production values. Her role in raising substantial capital for a Canadian oil/hydrogen startup demonstrates her adeptness in navigating financial landscapes, underscoring her versatile skill set. With a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering and Environmentally Sustainable Process Technologies from Chalmers University, Sweden, her technical expertise is complemented by innovative strategies in heavy oil recovery and well optimization. Fluent in multiple languages and committed to operational excellence, Seta embodies a unique blend of strategic leadership and technical acumen, making substantial impacts in her projects and teams.

Rajit Kaur – Associate General Counsel

Rajit Kaur is our Associate General Counsel. She focuses on corporate and commercial matters, business transactions and contracts, corporate structuring and reorganizations, shareholder and director issues, oil and gas. She helps in reviewing, drafting and negotiating legally-binding agreements on behalf of the Corporation. She provides legal advice and representation on structuring, risk assessment and a variety of commercial and contractual arrangements. She is tasked with ensuring that all the transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations.
