Bilal Hydrie is the Founder and President of Inclusive Energy Ltd. and Global Centurion Investments. He manages North American operations and the family office group across London, Dubai, Pakistan, and Canada, overseeing a fund exceeding $100 million in energy upstream and midstream investment. With roots in chemical process engineering and a strong network of family offices and pension funds, Bilal built Inclusive Energy into Western Canada's premier full-service oilfield equipment supplier. He sits on the boards of the Calgary Petroleum Club and the National Music Centre, and actively supports the Calgary Police Youth Foundation.

Hasnain is a passionate entrepreneur and the Chairman of Inclusive Energy. He graduated from the American College of Switzerland and started his career in the family's banking business before focusing on distressed assets and business restructuring. He developed a keen interest in private businesses focused on online education and IT services, and moved to Canada to pursue investments and help entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next stage.

Matt Barich leads Inclusive Energy's Oil Field Division as General Manager, bringing 25 years of wide ranging oil and gas experience to the role. His career spans manufacturing and fabrication, environmental management, pipeline construction, reclamation and remediation, regulatory compliance, and every aspect of construction and production operations. Matt's hands on field knowledge and deep understanding of the regulatory landscape allow him to bridge the gap between the shop floor and the wellsite, ensuring Inclusive Energy's equipment and services meet the real world demands of producers across Western Canada. From greenfield facility builds to site restoration, he brings a practical, compliance first mindset that keeps projects safe, on schedule, and built to last.

Ali Somji serves as Chief Financial Officer of Inclusive Energy, overseeing all financial operations and strategic planning. He manages Canadian operations while coordinating with the broader Habib Group to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide financial and investment objectives. With deep expertise in financial management and corporate operations, Ali drives the fiscal strategy that enables Inclusive Energy to deliver sustainable growth and value.

Mr. Kryczka is a key part of the business development team at Inclusive Energy. He has 25 years of energy experience specializing in land management, negotiations, A&D, strategic planning, and Aboriginal relations. He has considerable experience in structuring working partnerships with Indigenous Nations, has founded and overseen several successful junior energy companies, and holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce with distinction from the University of Calgary.

Amar Gill leads marketing strategy and brand development at Inclusive Energy. With a background in energy sector communications and digital marketing, he drives client engagement, manages industry partnerships, and elevates the company's presence across Western Canada and beyond. Amar oversees the company's digital channels, trade show presence, and content programs, working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure messaging reflects the full scope of Inclusive Energy's equipment, fabrication, and financing capabilities. His data driven approach to campaign management helps the company reach new producers while strengthening relationships with long standing clients across the basin.

Rajit Kaur focuses on corporate and commercial matters, business transactions and contracts, corporate structuring, and oil and gas law. She reviews, drafts and negotiates legally-binding agreements on behalf of the Corporation and provides legal advice on structuring, risk assessment, and a variety of commercial and contractual arrangements. Rajit works closely with the executive team to navigate regulatory requirements, joint venture structures, and asset acquisition agreements, ensuring every transaction aligns with the company's risk framework and long term strategic objectives. Her collaborative approach bridges legal diligence with commercial pragmatism, helping Inclusive Energy move quickly on opportunities while maintaining robust governance across its equipment, rental, and investment activities.
