Concept to Commissioning
Every turnkey project follows a disciplined, six-phase process. Each phase has defined deliverables, sign-offs, and quality gates — so you always know where your project stands and what happens next.
Concept & Feasibility
We begin with a deep-dive into your reservoir characteristics, production goals, and site constraints. Our engineering team develops process flow diagrams (PFDs), preliminary equipment sizing, and a feasibility study to confirm the optimal facility configuration before any steel is cut.
Process Design & Engineering
Detailed engineering follows — P&IDs, equipment specifications, civil and structural drawings, electrical and instrumentation design, and regulatory filings. Every component is specified, modeled, and stress-tested in simulation before fabrication begins.
Fabrication
Our in-house manufacturing team builds every vessel, skid, and structural component to API, ASME, and ABSA standards. From storage tanks and separators to line heaters and treaters, all critical equipment is fabricated under one roof with full quality control traceability.
Site Construction & Integration
We manage logistics, civil work, module setting, piping tie-ins, and electrical/instrumentation integration. Our field crews coordinate every trade on site, ensuring modules land safely, connect cleanly, and meet every spec from the engineering package.
Commissioning & Startup
Pre-commissioning checks, hydrotesting, loop checks, and sequential startup procedures are executed by experienced commissioning engineers. We bring the facility online systematically, verify every control loop, and hand over a fully operational, performance-tested plant.
Handover & Ongoing Support
You receive complete as-built documentation, operating procedures, and training for your team. We remain available for ongoing maintenance, optimization, and expansion — a single partner from first sketch to long-term operation.
