Born during the global financial crisis, Inclusive Energy was founded by Bilal Hydrie with a clear vision: supply quality oilfield equipment to producers across Canada. Starting from the ground up, we built our reputation on reliability, competitive pricing, and a hands-on approach to customer service that larger suppliers simply could not match.
Market Leader
Six years after founding, Inclusive Energy had grown into one of Canada's largest oilfield equipment suppliers. Our service offering expanded to include manufacturing, engineering, design, custom fabrication, equipment rentals, and financing, giving clients a true one-stop solution for their production infrastructure needs across Alberta and beyond.
Capital Fund Launch
Recognizing an underserved need among smaller Alberta producers, we launched a dedicated upstream and midstream capital fund. Structured to provide flexible debt financing, the fund gave junior and mid-size operators access to the capital they needed to grow, without the rigid constraints of traditional lending institutions.

Today, Inclusive Energy manages over $100 million in deployed and committed capital.
