Inclusive Energy Ltd. is an Alberta oilfield equipment supplier based in Calgary, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through inclusivenergy.com and our mobile app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

When you send an enquiry, request a quote, or submit an offer, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, and the message itself. If you create an account, we store your email address and name.

Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, fulfil equipment sales, rentals and financing, keep records of those transactions, improve the site, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and analytics providers, and where we are required to by law. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Calgary Police Youth Foundation
Community Partnership

Headquartered in Calgary, Inclusive Energy is proud to partner with the Calgary Police Youth Foundation. We've designated select equipment units as CPYF Partnership items, and a portion of every sale from these units goes directly to CPYF's youth crime prevention, education, and early intervention programs. When you purchase one of these units, you're directly helping build a brighter future for young people in our community.

The Calgary Police Youth Foundation engages the community to help provide every child and youth the opportunity to live a life free from the influence and negative impacts of crime. CPYF proudly supports nine child and youth crime prevention, education, and early intervention programs, which are delivered by the Calgary Police Service and other community partners. Through fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives, we hope to build awareness and empathy for children and youth whose lives have been impacted by crime, assisting them at a critical time in their life and showing them a path towards a brighter future.

A portion of every sale from these units supports the Calgary Police Youth Foundation.
