Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2026
Acceptance
By using inclusivenergy.com or the Inclusive Energy mobile app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app.
Equipment listings
Listings, specifications, photographs and availability are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Items are sold or rented subject to a separate written quotation or agreement, which governs price, delivery, taxes and warranty. Descriptions do not form part of any contract unless expressly included.
Quotes, offers and pricing
Prices displayed are in the currency shown and exclude applicable taxes, freight and site services unless stated otherwise. Offers you submit through the site are invitations to negotiate and are not binding on either party until accepted in writing by Inclusive Energy Ltd.
Accounts and internal tools
Some areas, including our internal equipment register, are restricted to authorised employees. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or app: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with operation, scrape at a volume that degrades service, or submit false enquiries or offers.
Third-party content
The site links to and embeds third-party tools and sites, including mapping and configuration tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, drawings, logos and specifications, belongs to Inclusive Energy Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inclusive Energy Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the laws of Alberta, Canada.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or app after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
